The terms that govern your registration and attendance at Build an Agent Day.

These Terms & Conditions apply to registration for and attendance at Build an Agent Day — a one-day, hands-on workshop presented by All Things AI, All Things Open, and The AIE Network, taking place in Atlanta, GA on July 22, 2026 and Charlotte, NC on July 28, 2026. Registration is handled through Eventbrite. By registering, you agree to the terms below.

Code of Conduct

A strict Code of Conduct applies to all Build an Agent Day events and to attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff. Please review the full Code of Conduct before attending.

Refunds

To request a refund, email a written cancellation request to [CONTACT EMAIL] by [REFUND DEADLINE] for a full reimbursement of the ticket price. Refunds are not guaranteed after that date, as certain event costs become irreversible. In the event of force majeure, standard refund procedures apply.

Refunds are processed through Eventbrite. Please note that Eventbrite fees are nonrefundable in accordance with Eventbrite's own policy.

Transfers of Registration

Tickets may be transferred to another attendee. To transfer a registration, please notify us by [TRANSFER DEADLINE] so we can update the attendee details.

Accessibility

We aim to accommodate attendees with special needs. If you require accommodations, please contact us beforehand at [CONTACT EMAIL] so we can prepare.

Photography, Video & Quoted Text

By registering, you grant permission for event photography and video that may include your likeness to be used for promotional or educational purposes. Public posts and quotes made in connection with the event may be used with full attribution.

During registration, you choose whether to share your information with event sponsors and partners. Any shared information is limited to your name, company, title, contact email, and country/region. You may also voluntarily share contact details on-site with third parties, whose use of that information is subject to their own privacy policies.

Indemnity

Registrants agree to indemnify All Things AI LLC and its affiliates against health-related claims arising from attendance at the event.

Children

Individuals under 16 are not permitted to register for or attend the event. Those aged 16 or older may attend during event hours only. No one under 18 is permitted before or after official event hours.

Pets

Only service animals are permitted. Any approved animal must be leashed and kept under control at all times.

Event Subject to Change

The organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event in response to health concerns or other extenuating circumstances.
